Former clients include Chick-Fil-A and Newell/Rubbermaid. His Bachelor of Arts in English degree is from Cleveland State University.

Was awarded two Silver Stars, Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, Purple Heart, Air Medal, and POW Medal. After returning to the US, Lee spent 17 years in the Air Force as a senior Training Officer He retired as a Colonel and began his career in leadership coaching and lecturing. His Bachelor of Arts degree is in history from the University of Georgia, and he holds a Master’s Degree in counseling and human development from Troy University in Alabama.
